Delete Your Account

Your data belongs to you. You can permanently delete your clsr account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open clsr and go to Settings
  2. Tap Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us at privacy@clsrapp.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your clsr account. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, and confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted:

  • Your profile and personal information (name, nickname, date of birth, photos, bio) are permanently deleted
  • Your posts, messages, and media are permanently deleted
  • Your friendships, circles, and club memberships are removed
  • Your activities and RSVPs are deleted

What may be retained

  • Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days
  • A one-way, salted hash of your email address together with your last unique code is retained solely to prevent abuse of the paid unique-code change feature. This record is pseudonymized: it contains no readable personal information and cannot be reversed to identify or contact you. See our Privacy Policy for details
  • Information we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires
